Refund Policy

General Items: 
We do not refund targets, ammunition, cleaning supplies, ear and eye protection, membership startup fees, membership monthly or annual charges, gift cards, or any fee related to rented items such as guns, carts, or apparel.

Memberships:
Annual memberships – We do not refund annual memberships due to inactivity or if the client claims to be unaware that the membership would recur annually.  We will cancel any annual membership prior to the renewal date at no penalty.

Monthly memberships – We do not refund monthly memberships due to inactivity or if the client claims to be unaware that the membership would recur monthly.  We will cancel any monthly membership after the initial 12 months of the membership have been completed.  If the membership must be canceled prior to completing the initial 12 months of membership, the member will be responsible for paying for the remaining payments.

What we refund:
We will give a 100% refund on clothing if the products being returned are in 100% “like new” condition.  You have 30 days to return from the date of purchase and must have a sales receipt to receive the refund.

We will give a refund, minus processing fees on booking deposits for instruction if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled date/time of instruction.
